Double room (unfurnished) available immediately in Whitechapel, Devon for sale

Hi there, I've just moved out of a room in a shared flat close to Bricklane (yes, it was hard to give up!) and need some lovely person to take over (preferably female to keep the equilibrium). The room is available immediately and I would like someone to move in sooner rather than later. The room is currently empty, as it's just been cleaned and painted (hate to disappoint the ladder enthusiasts; despite having ladders in the pictures, they don't come with the room). The landlord is able to provide you with a new bed, and may be able to set you up with a desk (you'll have to ask him nicely). You can ask him about providing other furniture but it's likely this will have to come from you. The rent is £85 p/w all inc (so so hard to give up this place) and will require a £500 deposit. The electricity is on a meter - during the winter costs may go up (not by much), as the room has no radiator and will require an electric heater. There's a kitchen, separate bathroom (with an electric shower) and toilet but no living room. The other flat mates are friendly, tidy and have been good to me, so it's important I find someone nice to take my room, who will fit in. They're in their late twenties - one Spanish guy, Welsh/Italian guy, an English lady and a Portuguese couple, all working professionals. There's also a crocodile named Oscar that lives in the toilet - not really sure how old he is. There's good transport links, with Whitechapel and Bethnal Green stations under a 8 minute walk, 24 hour buses into central London, big Sainsburys just behind Whitechapel station, Bricklane under a 5 min walk, local GP is 2 min walk, Barclays Cycle Hire (if that's your thing) is almost right outside the flat, all-in-all a pretty darn good location.
